Ryal always keeps personal information like your name, address, email address, or phone number private and for process and delivery purposes only. Ryal does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies.
Orders should arrive within 2-10 workdays after we have received payment, but may vary depending on the destination. Transactions will be handled until 17:00, if you place an order after that. Your product will be shipped of the next day. All our shipping will be handled by PostNL.
Ryal is not responsible for any delays of your package during delivery, Ryal has no control over this. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment.
Lost or damaged items
You understand that if you order on Ryalshop.com there is a chance that your product could get damaged during shipping. Ryal shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. If any damage occurs during shipping we advise you to contact us. We will contact the designated shipping company, and will try do our best to that everything will be taken care of appropriately and find a solution for the damaged goods.
When ordering goods from Ryal for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country. Ryal is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Ryal cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
Purchases made through the Ryal online store are secured through trusted internet payment processing companies. All personal and credit card information transmitted are handled by iDeal and PayPal’s secure connections. All personal contact information transmitted to us will not be shared, sold or solicited.
We try our best to keep our web store as up to date as possible. Even though our online stock is updated automatically, there is always a possibility the ordered item(s) marked “available” are NOT available in desired sizing and/or sold out. Ryalshop.com will try to inform you as soon as possible when this occurs and give you alternative options if possible.
Refunds and exchanges
Ryal will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and agreement. You can return item(s) within 14 days at your own expense (non-used item(s) in new condition).Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
