We are obliged to deliver your order within 30 days. However, our objective is to deliver within one week for countries inside Europe, and two weeks for countries that are outside Europe. Note that we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Ryalshop.com is responsible for each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. All parcels should be handed over to you personally by our shipping partner, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
We offer Paypal and credit cards as payment methods.
For European customers all prices indicated in the provision of products are including VAT. We have the right to increase or decrease the prices of the offered products in the Ryalshop.com webshop, i.e. seasonal promotions or end of season sales.
Have you received a special discount voucher? You can fill out your unique discount code at the checkout. Have you won a gift voucher at one of our sponsored events? Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you personal support.
Returns & Replacements
Once you have received your purchase you have the option to return or replace your order within 14 days. Returns and replacements are free of charge, shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
Return your order or specific items:

The items should be returned to the address that is mentioned on the return form. All items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with attached hangtags and enclosed return form.
We will refund your order, or returned products, within 30 days after the goods have arrived in our warehouse.
You can request a replacement form by email, firstname.lastname@example.org
The items should be returned to the address that is mentioned on the replacement form. All items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with attached hangtags and enclosed replacement form.
We will resend your new products within two weeks after the goods have arrived in our warehouse.
